The brushing process
Outside
Place brush at 45° angle along outer gum line. Wiggle gently back and forth or massage in a circular motion and repeat for each outer tooth of both arches.
Inside
- Brush inside surface of each tooth using wiggling or circular technique in step one.
- Behind front teeth and roof of mouth Use tip of tooth brush to brush be- hind each front tooth, Both top and bottom teeth and don’t forget the palate up.
- Way in the back
- Brush chewing surface of each tooth both top and bottom.
- Tongue and floor of mouth
- Don’t forget to brush your tongue and under your tongue
